On April 10th Obdulia Delgado saw what she believed to be an image of the Virgin Mary. The apparition appeared underneath the Kennedy Expressway on Fullerton Ave in Chicago. She quickly pulled over her car and began praying. By the following weekend a shrine was constructed and crowds of people were waiting in line to get a glimpse of what some would say was just a salt stain.
